These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BackCord governing your access to and use of our services. By using BackCord, you agree to these terms.
BackCord provides Discord server backup, member management, and verification bot services. The services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about availability or reliability.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

You are responsible for any Discord bot you connect to BackCord. The bot must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy. We are not liable for actions taken by your bot.
Backups are provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups independently. We reserve the right to limit backup storage based on your plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our privacy policy.
BackCord is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
